With the development of electronic science and technology and the information age,smart phones have entered thousands of households.Since smart phones can provide people with many convenient functions such as calling,reading,entertainment and navigation,people use mobile phones more and more frequently in their daily life.With the formation of the habit of using mobile phones,some people will also use smart phones when driving.Although the use of smart phones can provide people with certain convenience,but for people in the driving environment,it will also bring some dangers.By studying the influence of mobile phone use on driving behavior,we can understand the influence rules more clearly,so as to reduce the influence of mobile phone use on driving behavior.This paper is based on driver visual behavior theory and driver distracted driving behavior theory.A series of visual behavioral indicators such as fixation time,fixation frequency,saccade time,saccade frequency,blink frequency and blink time were selected.Vehicle speed,longitudinal acceleration and lateral deviation distance were also selected as the vehicle operation indexes,and they were used as the analysis system to study the influence of hands-free call and handheld call on driving behavior.In the simulated driving environment,the eye tracker and the simulated cockpit are used to collect the driver’s visual behavior data and vehicle operation data.Data preprocessing and abnormal data elimination were carried out,and the driving behavior characteristics of drivers under normal driving environment were obtained through analysis.Then the data of hands-free call and handheld call were compared with the data of normal driving environment to analyze the impact of mobile phone use on normal driving.Then,the paired T test method was used to test the significant differences of each indicator.Finally,the author analyzed the influence of using mobile phone on driving behavior from both subjective and objective aspects based on the subjective perception results of the subjects.Based on the results of the analysis,a discriminant model of distracted driving behavior was constructed.The Support Vector Machine-Recursive Feature Elimination was selected to evaluate the importance of evaluation indexes,and the number of evaluation indexes was determined by GA-BP model.Finally,the performance of the model was evaluated by the measured data.The results show that the accuracy of the GA-BP model can reach 94.13%,which has a good discriminating effect.The qualitative and quantitative results of mobile phone use on driving behavior obtained in this paper can be used for theoretical support in the early warning design stage of distracted driving behavior,and can also be applied to the future intelligent driving system.
