Dangerous goods transportation has always been one of the directions that our country has been focusing on in the field of production safety,although in recent years the country has continuously issued a large number of "revolving railway" and "revolving water" policies that require the transportation of long-distance dangerous goods to waterways and railways.However,due to the particularity of dangerous goods,road transport will still dominate now and in the future.In the investigation of the dangerous goods transportation accidents that have occurred in China,the distracted driving task of dangerous goods drivers has become one of the main causes.In order to enhance the safety of dangerous goods transportation,it is necessary to carry out the driving status of dangerous goods drivers in-depth study.Based on this purpose,this article uses the real-time monitoring system of dangerous goods transportation of the laboratory cooperation unit to conduct statistical analysis on the driving status of dangerous goods drivers,supplemented by self-assessment and investigation of drivers,and the driving of dangerous goods drivers in a driving process.The status was extracted.By simulating the driving environment and restoring the traffic environment of dangerous goods transportation,a simulated driving experiment was carried out.Using the output data,the differential analysis of the vehicle motion state characteristic index data was carried out,and a real-time identification and assessment model of the safety risk of dangerous goods drivers 'driving conditions was constructed.The main research of this article is summarized as follows.(1)Carry out the research on the typical distracted driving sub-tasks of dangerous goods drivers.Use the real-time monitoring platform of dangerous goods vehicles to analyze the driving behavior of multiple dangerous goods drivers,and combine the information provided by the driver questionnaire to determine the typical distracted driving subtasks of the dangerous goods drivers during the driving behavior and analyze the typical distraction Scenes and typical postures and movements during the execution of driving subtasks.(2)Dangerous goods simulation driving experiment design.On the dangerous goods simulation driving platform purchased by the laboratory,the vehicle model of the tank truck was established using 3Dmax software,and on this basis,the simulation experiment of the dangerous task of distracted driving sub-tasks was launched.(3)Differential analysis and research on vehicle motion status.To study the difference in the influence of different types of dangerous goods driver's distracted driving subtasks on the characteristics of lateral and longitudinal movement of dangerous goods vehicles.Summarize the impact of normal driving,making phone calls,drinking water,and receiving We Chat voice messages on the operation status of dangerous goods vehicles.(4)Research on safety risk assessment of driving status of dangerous goods drivers.Based on the application of SVM-RFE algorithm,the important characteristic indicators of dangerous goods drivers in four driving states are extracted,and the multi-layer artificial neural network model is used to determine the driving state of dangerous goods drivers.The Relief algorithm is used to Under the different driving conditions,the vehicle operation status indicators are comprehensively risk-rated,and the artificial neural network model and the Relief model are used to construct a safety risk assessment model for dangerous goods drivers.
