The development goal of the Internet of vehicles is to realize driverless driving and become the central platform of the Internet of things system,which has an important impact on the industrial form of the future society.In order to seize the market,the vehicle enterprises with financial strength,such as Volkswagen Group,and the telecom operators,vehicle system operators have established the vehicle networking platform.However,limited by the technical bottleneck,the two goals are difficult to achieve in the short term.Most of the Internet of vehicles platforms can only use the existing technology to design remote services,which is difficult to achieve profitability in the short term.Affected by this,most of the Internet of vehicles platforms suffer from loss,service quality decline and other problems,and the system risk faced by investors increases significantly.In this context,this paper aims at the common problems of the Internet of vehicles platform,taking the Volkswagen Internet of vehicles as an example,using Delphi Method,AHP-fuzzy analysis method,Questionnaires method to explore the possible business risks caused by various problems.Based on this conclusion,the paper divides the system risk into four criteria level indicators and 12 project level indicators.According to the basic principles of grasping the trend,matching customer needs and integrating existing resources,the paper puts forward 12 risk response strategies around the target level indicators.After inviting the expert group again to evaluate the effectiveness of the response strategy,it can be found that the response strategy proposed in this paper has a significant inhibitory effect on the operation risk of the Volkswagen Internet of vehicles system,and the quantitative value of the effectiveness is 20.27%.Among them,the effectiveness of policy operation risk response strategy is the highest,accounting for more than 54.8%.The impact of management operation risk coping strategies on system operation risk is the most significant,accounting for more than 49.9%.According to the judgment of the expert group,the conclusion of this study is of practical significance and can be used as a reference scheme for the Internet of Volkswagen vehicles and similar platforms.
