| With the development of society and the progress of the times,China’s construction industry has developed rapidly.Nowadays,there are more and more construction enterprises in the whole country.There are hundreds of them in Yichang City alone,most of them are small-scale enterprises.In the current market environment,construction enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition.Especially for small construction enterprises,the main business scope is mostly confined to the local market,which makes it difficult for them to develop outward.Once large enterprises enter the local market to participate in competition,it will bring huge amounts to small construction enterprises in the region.Under the great pressure of survival,the majority of small-scale construction enterprises should start from the construction cost management to reduce the construction cost and improve their core competitiveness.In this paper,theoretical research and empirical research,qualitative research and quantitative research methods,through case analysis to M construction enterprise construction cost management as a starting point,the project construction cost management research.Firstly,this paper analyses the background,problems and significance of the research,expounds the research methods and basic ideas,and introduces the structure of this paper.Then it briefly summarizes the theory of construction cost,construction cost management and analysis method,and expounds the construction cost management system of engineering project from cost prediction,planning,control to analysis,accounting and assessment.Then,taking M construction enterprise as the research object,combining with the case analysis of this enterprise and the comparative analysis with other large-scale enterprises,the present situation of construction cost management of M construction enterprise is visually reflected by process control method and deviation analysis method,and the existing problems in construction cost management of this enterprise are analyzed.Thereafter,by analyzing the influencing factors of construction cost management in the pre-event,in-event and post-event stages,this paper expounds the weaknesses and threats of construction cost management both inside and outside the enterprise.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of construction cost management in M construction enterprises,puts forward concrete measures such as formulating scientific construction plan,formulating reasonable bidding quotation,strengthening cost control in construction process and completing settlement of completion,and puts forward suggestions for improving construction cost management system.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results and conclusions,and prospects the future development of construction enterprises.In a word,I hope this study can effectively help small construction enterprises to better manage construction costs and obtain greater profits,thus promoting the sustainable development of enterprises. |
