Design Of CRH2 EMU Brake Control System

With the rapid development of the economy,the demand for people’s travel mode is also higher and higher.Because the speed of EMU is fast,more and more people choose it as the first choice for long-distance travel.Therefore,designing the control system with smooth running and strong braking ability is the primary task to ensure the safe operation of the EMU.This paper mainly carries out data parameter analysis and design from the aspects of parameter design,composition design and control design of the control system.According to the basic structure and control principle of CRH2 EMU,the design of the marshalling is analyzed.Combined with the three main characteristics of the design,namely the streamline head,the lightweight traction system and the air tight side door.The overall parameters of speed,minimum passing radius of viewfinder and main design of train body are derived.Detailed design is made from the two parts of system composition design and control design.The composition design is analyzed from six important parts of system composition and parameters,air supply system,electric brake,brake control,foundation brake,air brake and so on.The design parameters are optimized in the design.After the design optimization,the EMU of this paper has the following characteristics compared with the ordinary vehicle at present stage: first,the EMU has higher reliability for braking comfort and braking system when running at high speed;two,the EMU brake system can better friction and provide powerful braking force;third,The EMU designed in this paper has higher speed,safety,stability,practicability and control than the ordinary vehicle after the simulation test.After the simulation test,the CRH2 EMU control system and the control strategy designed in this paper can well adapt to the stable operation of the EMU load,and the simulation results are good.The system’s security,practicability,control and efficiency are more optimized than the current market control system,which can fully protect the safety operation of our EMU.It has certain promotion and development.
