Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous development and improvement of the urban public transportation system,as an important part of the urban public transportation system,rail transit has become the main mode of travel for urban residents.An important measure of congestion.Rail transit is a quasi-public product,and its service subject is the traveler.The travel behavior of residents is one of the important influencing factors of public transport pricing.The reasonableness of the fare setting directly affects the travel demand and travel choices of residents,which in turn affects The operation efficiency and public welfare of the enterprise.This article starts from the perspective of travellers,analyzes the role of different influencing factors in travel decision-making,uses structural equations to analyze the travel utility of residents,and combines stochastic equilibrium theory to establish a two-level planning model to quantitatively analyze rail transit fares.This article mainly does the following work:1)Explain the urban rail transit fare system and analyze the influencing factors of rail transit fares;analyze the traveler’s choice of public transportation based on the characteristics of the urban transportation system,the choice mechanism of residents’ travel mode and the psychological decision-making process of travel The influencing factors of travel,according to whether the influencing factors can be directly observed,are divided into explicit variables and latent variables.The public transportation perceived cost structure equation model is constructed.Combined with the travel utility theory,a utility function that can fully reflect the travel of residents is established.2)Carry out rail fare research from two perspectives of traveler and business operation,combine structural equations to improve the utility relationship,and establish a bi-level programming model of random user equilibrium distribution and corporate profit maximization based on user equilibrium assignment theory.The sensitivity analysis algorithm is used to solve the bi-level programming model.3)Take Dalian Metro Line 5 as the research object.Combined with the structural equation model of public transportation perceived cost,AMOS software is used to quantify the comfort,reliability,travel time,etc.of rail transit and conventional bus travel in Dalian,and establish a travel utility function that can reflect the travel characteristics of Dalian residents.Multi-level planning model,heuristic algorithm based on sensitivity analysis combined with matlab to solve the model,and formulate fare tickets for Dalian Metro Line 5.
