With the rapid development of our economy, the urban construction is further speedingup, and the urban population and vehicle number is increasing, with it the inconsistencybetween city traffic supply and demand has become severity increasingly, and the city trafficissue has become the most important reason for the development of city social economy.Using for reference the overseas big city transportation development experience and teachesto discuss, understanding over again the city transportation characteristic in the view of thesustainable development, many cities have generally realized to take the city transportationthe backbone. Facing the fierce competition of public transportation, reasonable ticket pricehas become the key to sustainable development. Therefore, it has the vital significance toguarantee urban rail transit to develop healthy that researching actively correlation issue of theticket price formulation.This paper discusses the basic theory regarding of the ticket price, combining relatedtheory and model, it confirms the rail transit pricing principles and strategies. And itspecifically analyses four factors which affect the forming the fluctuation of transport price:transport cost, market demands, resident travel payment ability and competition. Takingadvantage of Bi-level programming model, the paper sets up pricing model of the rail transit,and through computer simulation we can workout reasonable fare levels for future years.Finally, it solves the ticket price of No.1rail transit in Nanchang by the Bi-level programmingmodel, and puts forward some measures.
