And itspecifically analyses four factors which affect the forming the fluctuation of transport price:transport cost, market demands, resident travel payment ability and competition. Takingadvantage of Bi-level programming model, the paper sets up pricing model of the rail transit,and through computer simulation we can workout reasonable fare levels for future years.Finally, it solves the ticket price of No.1rail transit in Nanchang by the Bi-level programmingmodel, and puts forward some measures.
