| The rapid development of urban rail transit enriches the urban traffic structure,promotes the development and utilization of land around rail transit lines,and improves the congestion of urban roads.However,today’s urban rail transit system also faces urgent problems,such as low passenger comfort,frequent safety accidents,low vehicle load factor and low ticket income in off-peak periods.Therefore,in order to optimize the allocation of transportation resources,improve the comfort of passengers in rush hours,and improve the profits of urban rail transit enterprises,time-sharing pricing strategy of urban rail transit can be considered.This paper first introduces the theory of timeshare ticket price,and then studies Dalian urban rail transit Line1,constructs the pricing model of trough,flat peak and peak periods,analyzes the ticket price results of each period,and draws the corresponding conclusions.First,this paper expounds the time-sharing pricing theoretical basis,from the Angle of economics,analyzes the pricing process,found that urban rail transit ticket prices associated with congestion and benefits,at home and abroad about the document of urban rail transit ticket prices,clear time sharing in urban rail transit pricing theory,summarizes the existing pricing model,the pricing model of timeshare for this article provides the reference.Second,in Dalian city rail transit site of SP and RP questionnaire,a survey of the basic information of the Dalian city rail transit passenger travel choice behavior,and based on the survey data,analyze the related characteristics of ticket prices,including passenger bus,passenger flow space-time characteristics,price elasticity and fare benefit characteristic,It also analyzes the influencing factors of ticket price and the influence of ticket price on passenger flow and ticket revenue.Again,fully considering the price and the relationship between passenger flow and the characteristic of the time-sharing pricing schemes,based on operating time of gaussian mixture model,and then established a trough,peak,peak time of bi-level programming model,the upper programming model is mainly for urban rail transit enterprises profits,social comprehensive benefit maximization as the goal,The lower level planning model aims at minimizing the generalized travel cost of residents,and finally uses particle swarm optimization to solve the model.Finally,based on the data of the existing urban rail transit lines in Dalian,the case study is carried out to calculate the critical time points of line 1 in each period,set the model parameters,use MATLAB software to solve the results of the two-layer programming model,and compare and analyze the changes of ticket price,passenger flow and total revenue before and after each period.And give the concrete suggestion of implementing timeshare fare strategy. |
