| In recent years,China’s transportation industry has also begun to develop gradually with the continuous progress of the economy.Moreover,with the improvement of living conditions,people’s demand for travel is becoming higher and higher,so the research on the railway industry is becoming more and more strict.As the main component of locomotive and rolling stock,the research on the strength of bogie is more important.Therefore,choosing the research standard suitable for our country can fundamentally realize the real simulation of bogie frame.Urban transportation is one of the most important parts in transportation.For urban transportation,based on the actual situation in China,B-type subway vehicles are the first choice for the research object.Therefore,the bogie frame of Type B subway is selected for relevant research.Firstly,this paper introduces the research and development of bogie frame at home and abroad,and determines the research object of this design,i.e.the design parameters of type b subway and the overall design scheme of this design.After that,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the research standards for bogie frames in different countries,namely UIC615-4,JISE4207 and EN13749,and lists the similarities and differences.Then,taking the power bogie frame of Type B subway as the research object,static strength and fatigue strength are analyzed respectively according to different standards.The results show that the bogie frame is unqualified in static strength and fatigue strength under UIC615-4 standards,and qualified in JISE4207 and EN13749 standards.The obtained data results are compared,the advantages and disadvantages of different standards are analyzed,and the bogie frame is optimized according to the results.It can be seen from the analysis that UIC615-4 standard requires stricter analysis of static strength and fatigue strength.Finally,the static strength of the optimized B-type subway bogie frame model is analyzed again according to the most rigorous UIC615-4 standard,and the results show that it is qualified.This design compares the similarities and differences between the standards through the research and analysis of bogie frames based on three different standards.It provides a reference for the research of bogie standards in China and has certain reference value. |
