Prototype locomotive rim found abnormal wear in the use of the process, dynamics calculations and experiments have shown that the locomotive bogie axle box positioning is the main cause of the problem raised, therefore the company has developed a new type of car bogies, crankcase positioning the guide frame positioned to single rod positioning. With this change, developed a new type of vehicle architecture. The first task in accordance with standard TB / T 2368-2005 "power bogie frame strength test method" to calculate the new car by the framework in the practical application of the load, and set the appropriate conditions based on the actual use of that framework. Then using Ansys Workbench 12.1 analysis software framework for new cars were calculated strength analysis, and in accordance with the standard method to evaluate the strength provided by the framework. To further verify the strength of the new vehicle architecture, we performed a strength test. Architecture strength finite element analysis and test conditions are the same, so the analysis and experimental results have correspondence. For the results of the analysis and evaluation of the test results, the static strength of the material using the framework to evaluate allowable stress, fatigue strength was evaluated using Goodmam Fig. Fatigue is fatigue load after load frame in a total circulation 1.0 × 107, the frame detection without any cracks, indicating that the fatigue strength of the framework qualified. Finally, the analysis and experimental results were compared and analyzed. The topic of the new car by frame strength analysis and testing, systems evaluation of a new vehicle architecture intensity, strength and test the strength of the framework are calculated to meet the standard requirements for the future design of this type of architecture provides the intensity reference. Comparative analysis showed that the new car is better than the prototype frame strength architecture, while the new car frame finite element analysis and test results consistency in the same areas of stress concentration. The use of this framework, a good solution to the problem of non-normal wear motorcycle rim. |
