Using the existing technology to clamp large and medium-sized bearing ring workpieces mostly adopts the manual alignment operation method,that is,the workpiece is first placed on the work table,and then auxiliary instruments such as measuring instruments are used to manually continue Adjust the center of the work piece,and finally apply positioning clamping.This clamping method not only can not improve the work efficiency,but also has the problems of high dependence on manual operation and low clamping processing accuracy.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes to design a device that can realize fast self-centering clamping of large bearing ring workpieces to meet its requirements.According to the actual needs of the selected topic,this paper puts forward the design requirements for the rapid self-centering clamping device of the large bearing ring workpiece,and through the comparison and selection of the various components of the device,the design plan for the device of this subject is formulated,and the Under the guidance of device design requirements,the unitary design method of the whole device is adopted,and with the help of3 D modeling software Solid Works,the automatic centering device is divided into a centring mechanism,a positioning clamping mechanism,a pressing mechanism,a chassis and a support table The four main units carry out the related modeling assembly and design introduction,and give a detailed description of the design concepts and characteristics of the main components of each design unit.Finally,the design model of the overall structure of the device is given and the device is proposed at the same time.The design idea contained in the whole level.In order to ensure the rationality of the design of the self-centering clamping device,this article uses ANSYS Workbench to perform modal analysis on the relevant components of the device,and the model is tested from the frequency test to avoid resonance problems;The parts were subjected to stress analysis and strength check static analysis;the related parts were also subjected to the force and displacement analysis in the transient dynamic analysis,and it was found that the results had little effect on the design requirements;and finally the self-centering clamping device The movements of the system were analyzed by Adams simulation of displacement,velocity and acceleration,which verified the reliability of the design.
