Rolling bearing is one important support in rotation machanism system,and rolling bearing has been used widely,because its many characteristics are obvisious,such as simple structure,good load performance,easy maintennance,and so on.During the time when the rolling bearing is in operation,friction heat caused by bearing assembly(inner ring and outer ring,balls,cage and seals,etc.)will influence the shape and size of bearing,at the same time,the lubricant stirring heat can not be ignored.Transparently,the heat and deformation will lossy bearings,the accuracy and lives.With the thermal deformation theory,it is necessary to build a reasonable temperature field of rolling bearings,and to analysis the heat transfer mode and explore the deformation.In this paper,the outer ring is seen the reseach object,and the main research of the rolling bearing ring include:Fristly,a brief introduction to the analysis theory and mechanical analysis model of bearings,with the Hertz elastic contact theory,stress-strain relationship in the contact area between the roller and ball,when the bearing was under static load,and the radial and axial displace formulas of bearing were deduced.Secondly,after the analysis of contact model type between the bearing assemblies,the heat loss was calculated,which was caused the friction torque.The temperature field model of bearing outer was established,with the use of separation of variables,analysis was carried out when the solution of the Bessel function was o obtained,so a exact solutions of bearing outer ring temperature field was got.Thirdly,by analyzing the heat transfer model in a bearing systems,different thermal resistance of the bearing assemblies were deduced,and then a thermal resistance network node of a bearing system temperature equation,the bearing outer ring thermal nodes equation was solved.Fourthly,The bearing outer ring temperature rise were simulated in The simulation software ANSYS Workbench,and the same time,61816 deep groove ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings 7024 C as experimental subjects,the through experiment station,temperature rise and the outer ring strain data were acquired.Compared the test results with theoretical solution,some conclusions can been drawn.Through the above research,the deep groove ball bearings 61816,under radial light-load and low-speed working conditions,the bearing outer ring temperature went high as the speed increased,the temperature rise and speed rise showed a certain linear relations;and angular contact ball bearings 7024 C,when under the same experimental conditions,the deep groove bal l bearing outer ring temperature rise was not the same as the bearings 61816,when the radial load is greater than 600 N,and speed is greater than at 4500 r / min,the outer ring temperature will fluctuate.Based on the experiment,the thermal error theory calculation data is smaller than the experimental results,and the difference is from 10 to 60 ??.In some extent,the theory can be considered reliable.
