The reinforced concrete arch bridge with box shape arch ring,as one of the traditional bridge type,holds a great proportion in the existing bridges.And in the coming considerable period of time,in the mountains and other proper areas,it still has competitive power and its span length is about 100 meters to 150 meters.When there is short of prefabricated location,the method of cast-in-place construction with arch centering is used.Traditional design methods genernal considers arch centering bears 70%of the weight of arch ring,leading to high construction cost,complicated arch centering,difficult structual and assemble。CHONGQING JIAOTONG UNIVERSITY'S research team who takes the GUANDI YONGJIU JIAOTONG BRIGDE as the project background study the consociation function of arch ring and arch centering in 2006.Through spatial simulation analysis,they discovery that,if adopting the suitable construction order and the craft,the arch ring may undertake about 45%of self-weight.They can reduce the steel centering with the steel quantity,and save the construction cost.They applied successful this construction technology to the background project and achieved good economical.In order to make the study achievement having widely application,this article which takes box-section arch bridge with a span of 150 meters,120 meters,and 90 meters as eample,and uses large-scale finite element software MSC.Marc 2005r3, carries on the spatial analysis simulation to the arch ring construction process,according to the actual construction order and the construction craft.Its purpose is to study the consociation function of arch ring and arch centering with various span length.According to results,we found the consociation function of arch ring and arch centering was very obvious with various span length,the arch ring may undertake about 45%of self-weight,variation of span length takes little effects of the consociation function,the consociation function may bear about 45%of self-weight,...
