Optimization Research On Equipment Operation And Maintenance Module For Yonyou Intelligent Plant

Equipment operation and maintenance is equipment operation and maintenance management.Yonyou provides U8+,U9,NC6,and smart Internet platform management products for large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to build smart factories.However,its equipment operation and maintenance module mainly focuses on field devices based on the enterprise’s own perspective.Although the equipment operation and maintenance module of the smart Internet platform incorporates the equipment service provider into the management category,it can only participate in the basic information interaction of the equipment.Manufacturing enterprises are the subject of smart factory construction,while the equipment operation and maintenance main body of smart factories includes enterprises themselves,equipment service providers,etc.However,small and medium-sized equipment service providers are facing problems such as shortage of funds,and cannot effectively provide intelligent equipment operation and maintenance.Therefore,it is important for manufacturing companies to use information technology to attract equipment service providers to carry out deep equipment operation and maintenance.This paper takes the equipment operation and maintenance module in Yonyou smart factory management products as the research object,and aims at the small and medium equipment service providers to participate in the intelligent factory equipment operation and maintenance business.Research on equipment operation and maintenance process and function status,equipment operation and maintenance module requirements,and equipment operation and maintenance module design.The content includes:(1)Equipment operation and maintenance module requirements analysis and process optimization.It mainly conducts research on equipment operation and maintenance requirements for manufacturing enterprises and small and medium-sized equipment service providers,investigates the current status of equipment operation and maintenance modules of Yonyou,and sorts out the current functions and basic processes of equipment operation and maintenance modules.Introduce equipment performance theory and propose a performance-oriented equipment operation and maintenance process optimization plan.(2)Design the functional model of equipment operation and maintenance module,including equipment file management,equipment monitoring center,equipment remote diagnosis,equipment maintenance management;focus on case-based reasoning method,design fault diagnosis scheme production method;(3)Finally,designing information model and relational model for remote diagnostic subfunctions of equipment and design software structure.This paper provides reference for improving the operation and maintenance module function of Yonyou intelligent factory equipment and improving the business enabling function of information system.
