Motivation And Case Empirical Analysis Of Farmhouse Construction Technology Changes

Since the reform and opening up,under the transformation of urban-rural relations,huge and rapid changes have taken place in various aspects of our rural areas.As an important material composition in rural areas,rural houses have indications reflecting the changes of the times.The recording and analysis of the history of farm house technology can help designers,including designers,to understand the reasons for the dissemination of farm house construction technology and provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of farm houses.This article is from a micro perspective to record the evolution of the technical elements of farm houses in two villages in Chongqing since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Combining the corresponding era background and rural environment,this paper sorts out the motivation and mechanism of farm house technology transmission.The study first sorted out the urbanization evolution process in China from measures such as urbanization data over the years,the construction of small cities and towns and the amalgamation of towns and villages,to clarify the historical background of the rural environment.Secondly,analyze the relevant data and literature,and propose that the third rural housing boom comes from new rural construction and other policy changes.In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the impact of the transformation of urban-rural relations on the countryside,the changes and historical background of urban-rural relations before and after the founding of the People’s Republic of China are sorted out,and the trends of rural population changes and the official management of rural craftsmen in various periods are organized.The country-wide megatrends will have varying degrees of impact on individual villages.This study is a survey of the specific situation in a certain place in Chongqing.It is difficult to represent a larger range of situations,but it can be discussed locally and summarized by the spread of farming technology "Cause" "result" connection.Considering the factors such as case representativeness,endogenous change,quantity abundance,and suitable traffic conditions,the paper chose a village and a village in Shizhu,Chongqing as the specific case study object,as a typical development model in the mountainous regions of southeastern Chongqing in Chongqing’s more remote areas.Chapter 3 conducts specific research on the two villages in terms of location,human settlement environment,industry,transportation,policy,technology,materials,etc.,focusing on the technical status of 81 rural housing cases in the village,based on the age and characteristics of the houses Through the generations,and sorted out the time development lines of various elements in the rural houses and the village environment,and recorded some practices,trends and problems observed in the survey.Chapter 4analyzes the causes of some examples based on the results of the investigation,puts forward some internal demands and external demands of technology diffusion in the construction of rural houses,and summarizes the connection between internal and external motivations.In the end,based on the changes in the use of farm house technology,the causes,methods and existing problems affecting the spread of farm house technology were summarized.
