With the development and progress of the society,the requirements of rural residents for living conditions have also increased dramatically.In the past,the current situation of poor safety and poor insulation of rural houses is in urgent need of improvement.The grass brick building has good thermal insulation performance and meets the economic and climatic environment of the rural areas.At present,the current grass brick building is limited to the weight of the brick frame.Considering the seismic performance and safety requirements of the house,the steel frame filled with straw brick farm house is proposed for the northwest region.The traditional grass brick building has the advantages of easy to obtain raw materials for construction in rural areas,adjustable indoor temperature and humidity,good load bearing effect of steel structure and excellent seismic performance.This paper attempts to combine the two to fill the steel frame of the grass frame.Construction techniques for research.In this paper,the production and physical properties of straw bricks are comprehensively and elaborately elaborated,and the construction points and precautions of the construction of grass bricks in the construction process are outlined.According to the traditional Guanzhong residential style,referring to the economic conditions and residence requirements of the residents,the research team proposed the design plan of the steel frame filled with straw brick farm house for the reconstruction of the farmhouse in Liugong Village,Chang’an District,Xi’an.The thermal and mechanical properties of the straw bricks made from local straw materials were tested,and the heat transfer coefficient and compressive strength of the local straw brick materials were obtained.Based on the foreign grass brick building standard and the general specification of masonry brick wall,combined with the steel structure design standard and the rural building experience in the northwest,the foundation,wall,door and window opening and roof of the grass-filled steel frame farm house are given.The specific construction of the floor.In view of the thermal problems that may occur in steel frame filled with straw brick farm house,this paper uses PTemp simulation software for thermal heat transfer analysis,so that the construction method of thermal bridge phenomenon is targeted to improve in the design of the building;The Designbuilder software simulates the thermal energy consumption of traditional farm houses and steel frame filled with straw brick farm house.The results show that the steel frame filled with straw brick farm house have outstanding energy-saving effects on the basis of ensuring building safety.
