| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the number of super high-rise buildings is increasing day by day,directly driving the rapid growth of the demand for super-high-speed elevators,which brings new opportunities and challenges for the development of the domestic elevator industry.Super-high-speed elevator is a very important vehicle in super-high-rise buildings.Its running quality and comfort is the key to show the competitiveness of the elevator brand.At present,the frequency of shaking,noise,falling and sliding in the use of such elevators is very high,causing the passengers to lose confidence in the elevator products.In fact,the brand elevator design technology is mature.The key factor affecting its reliable operation is the installation process quality.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the quality control of elevator installation process from the perspective of elevator installation enterprises.The supply and installation project of CTF elevator undertaken by O Elevator Company includes 19 super-high-speed elevators with operation speed of more than 7m/s.Based on the installation project of this elevator,according to the operation quality and anti-seismic and noise reduction requirements of ultra-high-speed elevator in the installation process,and according to the quality data of the company project,the paper finds out the most influential factors.High-frequency problems such as track installation accuracy,installation of double-cylinder compensation device and so on are screened out.The core issues such as post responsibility and control specifications in elevator process quality control are found by means of factor diagram analysis.On this basis,the project team structure,division of responsibilities,personnel training disclosure,construction inspection standards are optimized in the pre-preparation stage.Through strengthening the inspection of quality control points in the process of project installation,quality feedback and carrying out quality monthly activities,we can strengthen the quality control in the event.The improvement scheme of quality supervision after installation is carried out by debugging and checking after installation,subcontracting and self-checking,and finished product protection.Finally,with the help of the information technology management of We Chat,BIM and mobile phone client,the quality control is carried out on the spot,thus providing a reliable guarantee for the overall quality control of the installation process.This study provides a reference for the quality control of super-high-speed elevator installation project in the future,and is conducive to improving the quality control efficiency of super-high-speed elevator installation project. |
