Research On Evaluation And Selection Of International Freight Forwarding Agency Of D Company

As the global economic environment to change,international trade activities in various countries are becoming more frequent.D company is mainly engaged in processing and manufacturing heavy-duty power equipment.The main products are gearboxes,reducers,etc.The business involve more than ten countries in the world such as the United States,Italy,India,etc.,so the import and export activities of goods are the entire logistics activities of Company D.International freight forwarders as an important member of the international logistics process and also play an indispensable role.The selection of international freight forwarders of Company D is mainly based on the indicators of service quality,delivery date,daily service,cooperation attitude,cost and other indicators,and the average score is selected by international freight forwarders with relatively high average scores.Then it is responsible for important customers and orders of the company.This not only ignores the evaluation of other aspects such as value-added services and enterprise competitiveness,but also considers the incompleteness in the process of evaluating the international freight forwarding.It does not consider the weight of the evaluation indicators,which causes D company to suffer from loss and damage of goods.Therefore,it is very important for Company D to choose an international freight forwarder.This paper mainly solves two problems of D company’s international freight forwarding evaluation choices First,the evaluation indicators are not comprehensive,and the number of evaluation indicators is too small.Second,the decision-making process is not comprehensive,and the evaluation index weights and expert weights are not consideredFor the problem of incomplete evaluation indicators.First,review the relevant literature and construct an initial international freight forwarding evaluation index system based on the actual situation of Company D.After that,the questionnaire and the software SPSS were used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and the number of evaluation indicators was deleted.Confirm the rationality of the evaluation index system and construct the final international freight forwarding evaluation index systemThe issue of evaluation index weights and expert weights was not considered for the evaluation process.This paper uses the combined weighting method of subjective and objective weights to determine the index weight.Using AHP to determine the subjective weight of the evaluation indicators.The entropy weight method determines the objective weight of the evaluation index.The principle of multiplication addition determines the weight of the evaluation index combination.Expert weights are determined based on the "majority" principle in decision theory.According to the characteristics of multiple decision makers evaluating the evaluation indexes of multiple attributes,it is confirmed that the multi-attribute group decision making method is used.Taking into account the measurement of service quality,the use of linguistic information(such as good,general,poor)is more accurate and easier to express,so the choice of binary semantics to evaluate international freight forwarders.Finally,the T-AWM operator and the T-OWA operator are used to assemble the binary semantic evaluation information.According to the binary semantic operation rules,the international freight forwarders are comprehensively ranked and selected,and the high-quality international freight forwarders are selected.
