| In order to cope with the shortage of building materials and meet the requirement of developing the green concrete,The waste ceramic polishing powder produced by the ceramic tile industry was selected as the research object,and it was subjected to grinding treatment to obtain three kinds of ceramic polishing powder with different fineness.It was used as a mineral admixture in the cementing material to study the effect of working property,mechanical property and durability on cement paste,mortar and concrete.The main conclusions were as follows:1.Grinding the ceramic polishing powder can improve the particle shape and make it more rounded,and the average particle size and particle size distribution span of ceramic polishing powder are significantly reduced.2.Different fineness of ceramic polishing powder has different effects on the water requirement of normal consistency and the setting time of cement paste.With the increase of the substitution quantity,Adding coarser ceramic polishing powder will increase the water requirement of normal consistency of cement,and the setting time were decreased and then increased With the increase of ceramic polishing powder,the fluidity of cement paste was gradually increased.The finer ceramic polishing powder can reduce the water requirement of normal consistency and the setting time of the cement paste at a low substitution,and the effect of improving the fluidity of the cement paste is obvious.3.Increasing the amount of ceramic polishing powder will reduce the fluidity and flexural strength and compressive strength of the mortar,while increased the specific surface area of the ceramic polishing powder,which can effectively reduce the decrease of the fluidity and strength of the mortar.4.Reducing the water-binder ratio can effectively increase the activity index of the ceramic polishing powder,with the the mixing amount increased and the water-binder ratio decreased,the activity index of the ceramic polishing powder increased.Reducing the water-binder ratio improves the compressive strength of ceramic polishing powder mortar over pure cement mortar,and will increase with the increase of the substitution quantity.5.The combination of fly ash and ceramic polishing powder can improve the fluidity of the mortar,and exert a "over-superimposed effect" in the appropriate proportion of the compound,effectively improving the compressive strength of mortar.6.Adding ceramic polishing powder will cause the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete decreased,and increasing the specific surface area of ceramic polishing powder can effectively reduce the decline of early compressive strength of concrete,and has less effect on reduce splitting tensile strength.7.ceramic polishing powder plays a "micro-aggregate effect" and "pozzolanic activity" in concrete,which can improve the resistance tochloride ion permeability of concrete.With the increase of the substitution quantity and specific surface area,the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete decreases,and the resistance tochloride ion permeability increases. |
