Polypropylene fiber as a reinforcing agent into concrete to enhance the performance ofconcrete, Ceramic polishing powder partly replace cement mixing powder as a kind of wastein the polypropylene fiber concrete, making full use of ceramic waste materials, protecting theenvironment, saving cost, reducing the cost of raw materials prices. If concrete double mixpolypropylene fibers with polishing power can be used in the highway slope of prefabricatedconcrete, not only enhance the durability of concrete but also save a large amount of socialresources. Depends on science and technology plan projects of Hunan province bureau, thispaper focuses on the complex mixing polypropylene fibers and ceramic polishing powderconcrete workability, compressive strength, flexural strength, impact resistance, and singlemixing polypropylene fibers (shrinkage and freeze resistance) of the durability of the concrete,then discuss the construction process of polypropylene fiber concrete prefabricated, for thepolypropylene fiber and ceramic polishing powder in the highway slope concreteprefabricated components provide theoretical basis for the application.The results are asfollows:1、In the single mixing polypropylene fiber concrete experiment, along with the increaseof the dosage of polypropylene fiber concrete slump gradually reduced; with the increase ofceramic polishing powder, concrete slump increases after the first drop,15%is the bestdosage with the best liquidity,when the polypropylene fiber content exceeds0.8kg/m3, thesurface absorption of polypropylene fibre has dominated the role.2、In the single mixing polypropylene fiber concrete experiment, with the fiber contentincreasing, the concrete compressive strength of each age are on the rise, late strength ofconcrete increase were relatively more obvious;In double mixing polypropylene fibers withceramic polishing powder experiment, as fiber content remain unchanged, when the ceramicpolishing powder content less than15%, with the increase of polishing powder content,concrete compressive strength rise slightly, but continue to increase to20%, the compressivestrength of concrete will fall, so the appropriate dosage of polishing powder can slightlyimprove the compressive strength of concrete.3、 In the single polypropylene fiber mortar experiment, with the increase of polypropylene fiber content, the flexural strength of mortar increased;In double mixingpolypropylene fibers with ceramic polishing powder mortar experiment, ceramic polishingpowder also improved the flexural performance of mortar, and the larger dosage the greaterflexural strength of mortar.4、Along with the increase of the dosage of polypropylene fiber concrete impacttoughness increases rapidly, when the fiber content is0.8kg/m3, the early crack of concreteimpact energy consumption increased by231.8%, impact damage increased about173.3%energy consumption;The ceramic polishing power has a unconspicuous influence on theimpact resistance of concrete.5、Along with the increase of the dosage of polypropylene fiber concrete shrinkage ratefell, the fiber content of1.5kg/m3than the base group of28d concrete shrinkage rate droppedby34%, suggesting that polypropylene fiber can reduce the shrinkage of concrete to a certainextent, so as to enhance the durability of concrete performance。6、In the single polypropylene fiber mortar experiment, along with the increase of thedosage of polypropylene fiber mortar shrinkage rate decline;In double mixing polypropylenefibers and ceramic polishing powder mortar test, when the condition of the fiber contentremain unchanged, with the increase of ceramic polishing powder dosage, the mortarshrinkage rate is gradually reduced.This suggests that the polypropylene fiber and ceramicpolishing powder mortar can effectively improve the ability to resist contraction.7、Along with the increase of the dosage of polypropylene fiber concrete strength lossafter the first drop, when the fiber content is1.2kg/m3, the concrete strength loss is minimum,this suggests that the appropriate dosage of polypropylene fiber can improve the antifreezeperformance of concrete, but not the higher the better the frost resistance of concrete.
