Domestic urban compact all-terrain cranes are still in a blank.From a technical point of view,the optimization technology of the whole crane is still in its infancy.The crane was in the early stage of imitating the design of foreign cranes.In recent years,the independent research and development of the whole machine optimization technology has begun.The wheeled crane system is complex,and the domestic industry has long lacked a dedicated crane layout optimization method for a long time,and it is impossible to achieve multi-objective and full-condition optimization analysis.At present,each component of the crane is independently designed,and most of them are based on the ultimate load condition verification.However,the ultimate condition of each component is not uniform,the calculated load cannot be transmitted,and the influence between the components cannot be considered.The effectiveness of the optimization result is difficult to guarantee.Based on the ADAMS dynamic simulation method,analytical method,Isight and Mode Froniter optimization methods,the dynamic analysis and simulation verification of the important parameters of the truck crane QY130K-1 are carried out,and then the overall layout of the XCT130 is optimized.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Apply analytic formulas to solve mathematical models,study geometric problems,introduce the content of analytic methods and small calculation programs developed based on analytic methods.(2)The data obtained from ADAMS simulation and the analytical method are compared and analyzed,which proves the feasibility of dynamic simulation and lays the foundation for the later integrated simulation analysis of ADAMS and optimization software.(3)Using the integrated simulation of Isight and ADAMS as the carrier,adopting the DOE test design method to screen the layout parameters of the crane,reduce the calculation parameters,and optimize the simulation process.(4)Apply the integrated calculation of optimization software Mode Frontier and ADAMS to the crane,optimize the parameters after screening,and obtain the optimal parameters of the whole machine layout.
