| The development direction of the information age is information transparency,and the fast speed of information transmission is also one of the characteristics of the information age.After more than ten years of burgeoning development,China’s used-car industry has grown rapidly.During this period,the internet has opened up a new path for the development of the used-car industry and accelerated the development process of the used-car industry.The used-car e-commerce industry is a young industry in China,and its immature development is a general characteristic of the young industry.Undoubtedly,the rise of used-car e-commerce industry has greatly reduced the disadvantages of the non-transparent information of the traditional used-car industry.However,as cars are not a normal product for anybody like food,the non-transparent information and the business level of the car dealers have affected the development of the used-car e-commerce industry.This research takes Y used car platform as the research object,and selects the transaction data of some car dealers in a certain area of the platform as the research basis,three-dimensional matrix classification method is used to classify vehicle dealers,taking the scale,professionalism and honesty of car dealers as three dimensions,taking the annual average inventory of car dealers,the trading volume,the revenue brought to the platform,the number of transaction failures caused by professional competence and the costs caused by them,and the number of transaction failures caused by integrity and the losses caused by them as indicators,The car dealers are divided into eight categories: core large-scale vehicle dealers,core small-scale vehicle dealers,potential large-scale vehicle dealers,potential small-scale vehicle dealers,conventional large-scale vehicle dealers,conventional small-scale vehicle dealers,risk-based large-scale vehicle dealers and risk-based small-scale vehicle dealers.And put forward management strategy for different types of vehicle dealers.taking strategy as a variable,the game between the vehicle dealer and the platform is carried out,and the correlation between the variables is obtained.Based on the correlation relationship,the system dynamics model is constructed,and the optimal range of each strategy for different vehicle dealers is obtained.Taking y used-car platform as an example,this paper selects the transaction data of some car dealers in a certain region of the platform,analyzes and processes them,and obtains the relevant classification management conclusions as follows:(1)Focusing on platform profit transferand product priority display strategies for large-scale car dealers.(2)For small-scale car dealers,the strategy of sharing individual sellers to car dealers can also be focused on while making use of platform profit sharing and product priority display strategies.(3)According to the importance of car dealers,the scope of profit sharing,product display priority and sharing of individual sellers of core car dealers,potential car dealers and conventional car dealers is different.(4)In the environment of malicious competition,venture car dealers can choose to give up competition in the market.It provides a reference for the performance evaluation and classification management index selection of used car platform car dealers,and provides different management strategies for the management of all kinds of car dealers,so as to improve the brand quality of the platform and achieve the long-term win-win goal of the platform and car dealers. |
