As an important part of the national equipment manufacturing industry,construction machinery is also the basic guarantee for social and economic construction.With the development of economic globalization and the gradual popularization of key core technologi es,competition in the construction machinery industry is no longer just competition in engineering technology.Major companies have begun to pay more and more attention to the industrial design of construction machinery products,seeking to achieve divers ified designs.Attract users.At the same time,economic development has brought about changes in lifestyle and consumption concepts,and users’ needs for products have gradually shifted from the most basic functional needs to higher-level emotional needs.For more professional construction machinery products,the perceived needs of users must be distinguished from ordinary consumer products.Therefore,how to scientifically obtain the user’s perceived demand information has become a hotspot in design resea rch.Regarding user perception as the criteria for establishing evaluation criteria and methods is an inevitable choice to adapt to the development of the times and the changes in user needs.In the context of technological progress and market development,construction machinery companies have gradually realized the importance of users,and have begun to pay attention to their emotional needs and perception experience.Research on users is gradually being applied to the construction machinery industry.Whet her in the direction of interaction,corporate culture or styling design,users are already regarded as important considerations in the design process,not just focusing on the company itself and product functions demand.As the final node of the product d esign process,design evaluation is an important decision-making link that affects the final presentation effect of the product.Incorporating user perception into design evaluation activities has become a research hotspot for many scholars.However,the e xisting theoretical and practical research mainly focuses on the user’s acquisition and quantification of the perceptual image of construction machinery products,as well as the mapping and feedback relationship between the user’s perceptual image and the product modeling feature elements,and the systematization of the user’s perceptual thinking process The analysis is still in a relatively blank stage.Based on this,from the perspective of user perception,this article explores the user’s perception level and perception elements of construction machinery product modeling,and constructs a construction machinery modeling evaluation method that meets users’ perceptual needs.Through the use of research,comparison,questionnaires and other research methods,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis will be combined,and three levels of user perception are proposed on the basis of systematic research on user perception related theories,which are used as the theoretical basis to analyze users Regarding t he perception process of construction machinery product modeling,the user perception analysis result is used as an evaluation method,and the perception evaluation index,method and process of construction machinery modeling are proposed,and the credibil ity of this method and the evaluation result is verified through actual cases.The specific evaluation method research process is as follows: First,through the literature research method,three levels of user perception are proposed: the concrete layer,the association layer,and the value layer,corresponding to the construction machinery product model to determine the user perception level and the perception object elements;then,the perceptual engineering Based on the theory,the user’s perceptual image vocabulary is obtained,and the construction machinery modeling evaluation index system is constructed according to the classification and summary of user perception elements;then the index weight is obtained by the analytic hierarchy process,and the VIKOR mathematical decision-making program is combined with the evaluation plan to rank the quality of the evaluation plan.Finally,the feasibility of this method is verified by the design evaluation of Sany wide-body dump truck.This method establishes modeling evaluation indicators from the perspective of users and establishes a scientific and credible evaluation basis,which can be used as a reference for modeling evaluation of other industrial design products. |
