Study On Fire Protection Design Of Large Commercial Complexes In Yunnan Sloping Areas

With the rapid development of the economy,a number of multi-business commercial complexes have been built in China instead of the traditional single-business ones.The diversity of functions and high density of personnel of such large commercial complexes make it difficult in terms of evacuation and rescue when fire broke out.For the construction of large commercial complexes in the slope area,the grounding method,planning and site selection,fire design and other aspects are also different from the normal buildings in the plain area,making fire control situation even more complicated.Thus,the current national fire protection code can no longer provide comprehensive guidance for such buildings.To address this issue,this thesis collects domestic and international literature on slope buildings and large commercial complexes,compares the national fire protection code with other local regulations and research on such buildings.Firstly,this thesis studies the differences in fire protection design between large commercial complexes on different grounding conditions.Secondly,through typical cases investigations and the limitations of slope building design in the current national fire protection code,it discusses the building characterization,fire fighting site design,and evacuation of people in fire protection design of slope buildings.Thirdly,it analyzes the large commercial complexes on sloping land in Yunnan Province and summarizes fire protection design strategies for different uses and functions of these buildings,including general layout of fire lanes and firefighting sites,fire protection design height and building type classification,safe evacuation routes and safe refuge place settings for sloping commercial complexes.Last but not least,this thesis studies the fire control situation of Boxin Shidai Commercial Complex to analyze how to make use of such topography with height difference.
