Design And Application Of Remote Operating System For Relay Protection Equipment In Fushun Area

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy in China,the electricity consumption of enterprises and residents has increased significantly.In order to cope with the rapid growth of power load,the national network company has accelerated the construction speed of Fushun power system infrastructure.The power grid structure in Fushun area is becoming more and more complex,and the number of substations under its jurisdiction is also increasing rapidly.The number of substations to be maintained increases.In the case of limited operation and maintenance personnel,when the operation mode of the power network changes greatly,Fushun ground dispatching department will adjust the protection value numerically or change the protection switching mode according to the real-time operation situation.These work now require substation operation and maintenance personnel to operate on site.However,the existing dispatching automation system in Fushun area can not realize remote modification of substation relay protection device,switching fixed value area and remote function soft voltage board.Therefore,the application of a remote operating system which does not affect the operation of substation field protection device has become the need of Fushun power system development.This paper investigates the hardware and software configuration of dispatching automation system in Fushun area,puts forward the design idea of relay protection remote operating system based on the hardware and software of dispatching automation system,investigates the protection and safety automation equipment configuration of each substation,analyzes and studies the important and difficult technologies in the realization of remote operation system in Fushun power network system,analyzes the feasibility of relay protection remote operating system in Fushun area dispatching automation system,and puts forward the design framework of remote operating system,Based on the hardware equipment of the original ground control automation system,the software system with the functions of system modeling,constant call browsing and remote operation control is designed,and the telecontrol machine at the plant end is modified adaptively,and the remote protection and safety automatic device can be reliably operated by relay protection operating system.Through the application configuration and actual operation of the relay protection remote operating system in Fushun,it is proved that the remote operating system in this paper has high reliability in field operation and control of remote operation.It has good practical value.
