Design And Applied Research Of Remote Control For Relay Protection In Intelligent Substation

The existing relay protection operation mode is generally for offline operation on the spot,which reduces the power supply reliability but at the same time causes the waste of human and financial resources.Therefore,based on the intelligent station as the research object,this paper analyzed the relay protection remote control scheme.Taking a power supply company somewhere in city as an example,its application was analyzed.First of all,it analyzed the function structure and working principle of relay protection in intelligent station.It identified that the remote control's main goal was to set allocated parameters,set the area code and functional clamp,etc.The general idea of remote control was that there was in principle no major modifications of the operation equipment(especially the relay protection equipment).And relying on the existing technology and device status quo,it aimed to find a easy scheme to promote the remote control of the relay protection.Second,the feasibility of the remote control of relay protection was studied from the setting technology of protection device,integrated substation automation system,dispatching the D5000 system and remote control of intelligent service.The analysis showed that the existing hardware and software has all the terms of relay protection of the remote control.Again,through a variety of scheme comparison,it eventually determined to make various operating functions of the relay protection remote control integrated into SCADA module of the master station D5000 system to directly conduct the remote control to the relay protection equipment.The relay protection online control of terminal station was realized by substation integrated automation background.Then,from the two aspects of external control and internal control the relay protection control modes were studied.Through the comparison and the analysis of the internal control risk,eventually it adopted the control method for direct setting method and the cut set straight section method.Then,from the angle of the safe operation,it designed designing remote control process of relay protection and proposed to introduce a safety operation module to oversee and defend the relay protection remote control.It put forward the relay protection remote operation ticket based on XML and analyzed the form of operation signature and encryption method to design the process of relay protection remote operation in detail.Finally,taking a supply company somewhere in city as an example,it studied the application and operation of the the relay protection remote control technology in engineering.And from two aspects of economic and social benefits of its application,the effectiveness of the proposed scheme was confirmed.
