| Since 2013,China’s economic development has entered the track of rapid development,while the construction industry has entered a period of vigorous development.As the foundation of civil engineering industry system,the concrete production and processing industry has also ushered in its own development opportunities in the environment of continuous urbanization in recent years.In the current market competitiveness of commercial concrete is increasing,the research on commercial concrete at home and abroad is more focused on the sales mode and commercial pricing and other micro research,but ignore the systematic research of commercial concrete management and the detailed analysis of cost management related issues in the production and manufacturing of commercial concrete.In order to solve the current problems of JK concrete company and improve its competitive advantage,this paper studies the key cost management optimization strategies for the current JK concrete company cost management dilemma by combing the literature,combining with the relevant cost management theory,and combining with the interview analysis method and case analysis method.This paper focuses on the proposition of cost management optimization of JK concrete company.In the research content,first of all,starting from the actual situation of JK concrete company,this paper explores a series of cost management problems faced by the company and the causes of the problems.The results show that the main problems are: high financial costs,low labor efficiency,high procurement costs and supplier management confusion.Based on this,this paper also carries out the design of optimization scheme,specifically including improving the material procurement system,strengthening manual management,strengthening equipment management,and strengthening supplier assessment.Through the implementation of the above improvement plan,the main problems existing in the company can be basically solved.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of JK concrete company’s cost management optimization scheme,we also put forward a series of safeguard measures from the aspects of system guarantee,culture guarantee,talent guarantee,technology guarantee and fund guarantee.Finally,we discussed the limitations and deficiencies of this paper.Firstly,the limitation of this paper is mainly reflected in that the safeguard measures do not cover every corner of the current optimization scheme.In addition,we put forward some new management research methods(brand marketing management and other methods)to further improve the cost management optimization effect,so as to provide a feasible way based on cost management theory for JK concrete company. |
