| With the development of the times,the number of people suffering from sleep disorders has gradually increased.According to research,the proportion of elderly people with sleep disorders is as high as 57%.China is a country about to enter an aging population.The process of urban development This has led to the emergence of more and more empty-nest elderly in cities.The physical and mental health of these elderly people has gradually attracted people’s attention and attention.Sleep problems of the elderly have become one of the more important problems.This article first analyzes the population suffering from insomnia,locates the target population of this study as an elderly population,and then analyzes the physical and mental state of the elderly to understand a series of inconvenience factors due to physical decline,based on The physical and psychological conditions of the elderly analyze the design principles of the elderly products.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of current sleep products on the market,it is found that sleep products in the market have certain problems,and most products are not fully integrated with the user’s physiological and psychological characteristics.In order to design products that better meet the needs of users,this article proposes a way to combine QFD and KANO model,through the QFD-KANO model to obtain the elderly’s demand for sleep products,and use these user needs as a guide for new sleep products.First,through interviews and user surveys of the elderly,the KANO two-way questionnaire was used to summarize the relevant ten user needs,and then the KANO model was used to classify the user needs and the KANO model was used to modify The transformation function of the original improvement rate is combined with the user satisfaction in the QFD model to determine the final user demand priority.The obtained user demand priority is applied to the design of sleep products,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of this method in the design of sleep products targeting the elderly.Finally,the user needs with higher priority are converted into various functional attributes of the product,combined with the previous analysis of the physical and psychological characteristics and cognitive characteristics of the elderly,on the basis of meeting the product design principles of the elderly,Further positioning and extending the functions of sleep products for the elderly,conducting divergence and screening of sketches,and finally using 3D modeling software and rendering software to complete the conceptual design of sleep products for the elderly,and summarizing the research content of this article,for sleep products The development is prospected.The research value of using QFD-KANO model for the design of sleep products for the elderly is not only based on its physiological and psychological characteristics as a starting point to create a product that is more suitable for the habits of the elderly,but also to be closer to the user in the practice of communication and research with users.Status is a process of establishing a two-way understanding and provides new ideas for the subsequent innovative design of sleep products. |
