Research On The Countermeasures To Increase The Normal Rate Of Hainan Haikou Meilan Airport

With the substantial increase of air transport volume,the airspace resources needed for flight operation are increasingly scarce due to the limited airspace space.At the same time,the climate is changing and the incidence of severe weather is increasing year by year,for the passenger’s experience,traveling by plane is the most concerned about is whether the flight is normal,in recent years,with the increased business visitors,and accidental factors such as weather,most of China’s airport,flight delays the problem of this to a certain extent affect the airports and airlines company’s steady development.Throughout the current news,the negative news caused by flight delay emerges in an endless stream,which makes the airport or airline company suffer the storm of public opinion,which not only affects the reputation of the airport and airline company,but also reduces the core competitiveness of the airport.Whether out of the pressure of public opinion or to improve the competitiveness of airports or airline companies,how to improve the on-time flight rate has become an urgent problem for airports or airlines.Management of flight on-time rate is a complicated project,and the improvement of flight on-time rate involves many fields: from the legal perspective,it includes laws and regulations,aviation regulations,etc.From the perspective of civil aviation operating units,it covers airports,air traffic control,airlines,etc.From the perspective of aviation management philosophy,it includes safe operation,smooth management,considerate service and efficiency improvement.Taking Haikou Meilan Airport of HNA Airlines as the research object,this study explored and analyzed the current situation of flight on-time rate management of this airport under the guidance of the theories of process management and early warning management,and deeply analyzed its current shortcomings,in an attempt to explore a feasible path conducive to the improvement of flight on-time rate of Haikou Meilan Airport.At the same time,it also refers to and assimilates the scientific methods and advanced experience in flight normal management of the United States,and puts forward specific countermeasures in combination with the actual situation of Haikou Meilan Airport and the basic requirements for the improvement of flight normal rate,so as to provide theoretical support for the airport to effectively solve the problem of flight delay and improve the air flight normal rate.
