| The degree of enterprise informatization has become one of the criteria for measuring the strength of the enterprise.In the air cargo industry,the passenger and cargo revenue management system products represented by the International Air Transport Association and China Aviation Settlement Co.,Ltd.are developing in the direction of intelligent analysis of revenue settlement.Development and support the company’s decision-making.However,the overall development of company H’s revenue settlement is far from that of the industry,and settlement informatization has just started.In order to obtain better technical support and reduce input costs,H Company chose to outsource the construction of a financial settlement system to realize the electronic and informatization of business settlement work,catch up with the pace of the industry,improve the settlement level and enhance the company’s soft power.With the advancement of the settlement system project,problems such as delays and poor delivery quality occurred during the first phase acceptance of the settlement system project,leaving the project out of control.In order to promote the smooth implementation of the project,based on the current status of the project management process in the first phase of the H company’s settlement system project,the paper studies the problems in the settlement system project management,and combines the PMBOK project management theory to optimize the settlement system management mode to avoid the second stage of the first stage.Issues during the phase of development,and obtain the company’s support to implement an optimization plan to achieve a comprehensive and high-quality completion of the settlement system development.The implementation results of the article confirm that the project management model optimization plan of the settlement system of H company guarantees the smooth implementation of the settlement system project of H company from the aspects of project progress,scope,quality,team satisfaction,and user satisfaction,and enriches H company’s outsourcing project management experience,Which provides a reference for H Company to manage other software outsourcing projects in the future. |
