Study On Mongolian Characteristic Landscape Design From The Perspective Of Visual Art Symbols

During the development of modern landscape design,due to the similarity of design principles,design methods,materials and construction methods,the identity of modern landscape design has been enhanced,lacking personality and regionality.Similarly,the landscape design with Mongolian characteristics is also facing homogeneity and symbols.Using a single issue that does not integrate with the times to innovate and the visual art symbols are inconsistent with the context.From the perspective of visual art symbols,to explore the landscape design of Mongolian characteristics,it can be more comprehensive from the aspects of landscape form,function,and connotation.Research analysis and apply it to design practices.Visual art symbols are an important branch of semiotics,which mainly applies the theory of semiotics to the art discipline to solve problems in art research.In the art research of Mongolian characteristic landscape design,the analysis of visual art symbols is indispensable,the application of visual art symbols to Mongolian characteristic landscape design can be explored from thetwo main aspects of the construction and expression of Mongolian characteristic landscape design.Mongolian visual art symbols come from daily life,natural environment and totems refining and classifying visual art symbols with strong ethnic characteristics,according to their characteristics,they can be divided into iconic symbols,symbolic symbols,and fencing symbols,among which iconic symbols and symbolic symbols have strong directivity and symbolism.It can be harmoniously integrated into the context of Mongolian characteristic landscape design,which is conducive to the expression of the connotation and theme of the landscape.The form of visual art symbols,the principles of Mongolian characteristic landscape design,and the emotions contained in the landscape are Mongolian characteristic landscapes carrier of design expression.Mongolian visual art symbols are designed through symbolic shapes and materials,later applied to the structures and paving in the landscape,combined with the harmonious and innovative design principles of landscape design,not only enhanced the ethnic and regional characteristics of landscape design,but also reflected the epochal nature of Mongolian characteristic landscape design.In the research process,the “Mongolian Customs Park”tourist area in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia was taken as a case study to fully analyze the landscape status of the Mongolian Customs Park,and to reconstruct and design and study the improper use of visual art symbols in the current landscape.Analyze the representative Mongolian visual art symbols,extend and design a variety of combination forms,and combine them with the context of the landscape site toapply them to the landscape structures,decoration,and paving.The Case study was a validation of the application of visual art symbols to Mongolian landscape design.In the design process,the theory of visual art symbols was applied to landscape design,which solved the current problems of Mongolian characteristic landscape design,and also made the theme characteristics of Mongolian characteristic landscapes clearer together with ethnic and regional characteristics are more prominent,while satisfying the landscape function,it has a beautiful visual experience.
