| Compact city is an important means to implement the intensive conservation of national land resources and ensure the sustainable development of the city.The large-scale track construction of each city has created an opportunity for the city to optimize its spatial structure,implement track leading and enhance its compactness.This paper evaluates the compactness of the railway station area,and summarizes the planning enlightenment based on the actual evaluation results of Chongqing main city.Firstly,the paper identifies the scope of the railway station area,and puts forward the scope of the pedestrian connection,the scope of the public transportation connection,and the accessible scope of the railway network.Secondly,the paper puts forward the index system and evaluation method of the compactness evaluation of the railway station area,and puts forward 34 indexes from the overall level of the urban rail station area and the single rail station area,and comprehensively scores the compactness of the city and the railway station based on the entropy method.Then,based on the future of Chongqing main urban rail station,the paper makes full use of data resources such as mobile phone signaling,land use planning,Internet,rail passenger flow,road and pedestrian transportation system,establishes the basic database of compactness evaluation,classifies the rail stations according to the land use development and passenger flow characteristics,determines the reasonable threshold of indicators for different types of rail stations,and carries out compactness index calculation.The results of compactness evaluation show that in the horizontal comparison of different railway stations,the track network structure,road and pedestrian system,land use development,entrance and exit of railway station have significant influence on the ranking of compactness.Finally,the paper puts forward the planning enlightenment of improving the urban compactness from the aspects of the construction of rail network and urban center system,the land development within the scope of station area,the construction of road network,the integration of hub transfer,the setting of station entrance and exit,etc.Based on multi-source big data,this paper puts forward the compactness evaluation index,evaluation method,and a series of analysis work,which can be used for comparison between different cities,and can also be used for comparison between single urban internal rail stations.The paper provided a reference for the development of the compact urban planning and construction led by rail in large cities. |
