| In recent years,with the advancement of industrialization and urbanization,the development and utilization of urban rail transit in China has entered a rapid growth stage.Especially in large cities where population and economic activities are highly concentrated,the development scale of urban rail station area is growing rapidly and demand power is sufficient under the guidance of comprehensive construction of rail transit and underground construction.Urban rail transit,as a public transport with less space consumption,low carbon and energy saving and low total social travel cost,has been built in many cities throughout the country.Urban rail transit is an important factor that affects the development of urban structure and urban form.How to give full play to the guiding role of urban rail transit to urban space,improve the quality of urban environment and promote the development of cities has become a hot issue in academia and industry.In this context,the functional structure of the rail site,land use,road network,and the integration of ground and underground space are urgently needed to deepen the research.Though the development and utilization of some cities in our country has entered the stage of rapid development,the development and utilization of most urban sites is still at the initial stage,and its development and utilization is faced with strong demand for construction and development,but lack of systematization.On the one hand,the space between regional connectivity is poor,and the lack of contact between the adjacent project through the same area,there are sporadic,scattered and isolated development problems;on the other hand,the underground space station area and floor space,lack of coordination,lack of cohesion,even contradictory,the formation of security risks.This paper focuses on how to utilize the area space around central type rail transportation station,optimize the city high density development area of ground and under ground environment,analysis of the establishment of a three-dimensional compact site space system,this paper is divided into six chapters to study the problem analysis:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research,and leads to the research object and content.The second chapter is the development of the compact theory,which is divided into three aspects:the compact concept,the compact spatial structure model and the compact measure method.Through the theoretical development research combined with typical case demonstration and practical experience summary,it provides a reference for the compact three-dimensional development of the central type rail station.The central station is the core node of rail transit network.It is the main carrier of the development source of rail transit to the surrounding area and the construction of intensive and efficient humanized urban environment and activity space.The third chapter selects Chongqing six central station as the research object and then compact evaluation,which is divided into five steps:(1)the typical Center site selection;(2)acquisition center site spatial data;(3)drawing GIS vector map;(4)the est ablishment of the object and subject of compact index system;(5)compactness calculation.The primary and guest body compactness of the site is preliminarily obtained.The fourth chapter studies the compact development mechanism of the upper and underground space in the central site.First of all,the establishment of the overall characteristics of the external index system:the economic vitality,the vitality of the people,the use of the feeling of three forms of comprehensive development indicators.Secondly,we analyze the relationship between the comprehensive development index and the comprehensive compactness of the host and guest.It is found that there is a mutual relationship between the statistical indicators of external phenomena and the internal structure indicators.On this basis,the interaction mechanism between the comprehensive development index and the two level index of the object compactness and the main compactness is further analyzed.It is found that the average area and the density of roads play an important role in promoting the overall development,and the value of spatial average force is contrary to the value of compactness.The connotation of for mulais needed to be corrected.The fifth chapter is to construct the optimization strategy of the compact on the ground and underground.According to the development stage of central station and city location classified to turn from the optimization strategy,center site is divided into four categories:(1)the city center-defense era;(2)sub center of the city-underground street;(3)the edge of the city-subway era;(4)the new Town Center-New era.After classifying,we divide each type of site into parts(site space,transportation space and use space),and put forward optimization strategies based on three perspectives(macroscopic,meso,microcosmic).The sixth chapter summarizes and illustrates the shortcomings and prospects of the study. |
