In the production,transmission and use of electric power resources,the accuracy and reliability of electric energy measurement is a chief factor to ensure the economic interests of electric power enterprises and customers.The hardware equipment support required by the existing metering device training system,on the one hand,equipment damage and maintenance greatly increase the operating cost,on the other hand,the limitations of the physical environment severely restrict the update and expansion of its content and it is hard to guarantee the safety of power assets and operators’ Personal safety.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the all-digital energy measurement simulation system and provide a basic research platform for the measurement personnel to cope with the continuously changing field operation status.This paper firstly puts forward the basic idea and general frame of the simulation system of full digital power metering,and expounds the system structure in detail.The system functions are divided into five modules: typical metering mode,topological network of line platform area,typical metering device,typical metering fault and system configuration management.Then,taking electronic voltage transformers,electronic current transformers and electronic energy meters as the main research body,based on the analysis of its structure and measurement principle,the transfer function model is derived.And the corresponding simulation construction is completed on the Simulink platform Mode work.Furthermore,the transmission characteristics of the energy metering device were analyzed from three angles of accuracy,frequency band characteristics and transient characteristics.Simulation results indicate the feasibility of using the above model to achieve advanced research on advanced energy metering.This article summarizes the principles of various types of typical abnormal energy measurement and completes the corresponding simulations.On this basis,the full digital power metering simulation system is realized by using Eclipse development tools and Oracle database.This system can not only provide corresponding principle explanation,topology structure,equipment parameters and output waveform for various research contents such as metering device and metering anomaly,but also have the corresponding interface of all text information and picture content to realize background update,which is an effective tool for teaching and research of power metering department. |
