In recent years,with the continuous development of the global economy,container transportation as the most important type of transportation in international trade has maintained a good development.Container drayage transportation studied in this thesis is an important part of container transportation,which specifically refers to road transportation in certain area completed by trucks before or after the long-distance transportation such as ocean transportation and railway transportation.The numbers of import and export containers of China have increased dramatically in recent years,which brings greater challenge to the entire industry for reasonable use of transportation resources.As the human resource becomes more and more important today,a new challenge of making use of driver and truck resources rationally and balancing drivers’ workload during the process of performing tasks has appeared.In addition,a container transportation optimization system has been developed according to the existing research results in the background that container drayage transportation has received much attention.Researchers can use the function of the system to facilitate the research work and improve efficiency.The system can promote the progress of the entire industry greatly.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)On the basis of consulting related periodicals and conference essays,the container drayage transportation and route balance problems are summarized and analyzed.A classification method is proposed for these problems in this thesis.The status of container transportation software and related systems are analyzed.(2)A container drayage transportation problem considering the time window requirement of customers and ports and the work time limitation of drivers is proposed.A mathematical description of this problem is given based on the determined-activities-on-vertex(DAOV)graph.A mixed integer linear programming model is established and solved by CPLEX.According to the fact that the model can’t solve large-scale problems,the model is improved.Finally,the experiment and analysis are carried out with instances.(3)In the drop-and-pull mode that trucks can’t wait for loading and unloading at customer’s place,a drayage transportation problem considering route balance is proposed.A mathematical description of this problem is given based on graph.The vertex,arc,and related attribute are defined in detail.A mixed integer linear programming model is established from two perspectives that minimizing total duration and minimizing route differences.According to the fact that the model can’t solve large-scale problems,an algorithm based on Solomon Insertion I and an algorithm based on tabu search are designed.Finally,the experiment and analysis are carried out with a large number of instances.(4)A Container optimization system was designed and implemented.Firstly,based on the introduction of SSH framework,AJAX,WebSocket and other related technologies development and analysis of the needs of researchers in the actual research work,the overall architecture,function module,view layer,control layer and database are designed.Secondly,MyEclipse2014 is used to develop the system functions such as randomly creating instances,parsing user upload instances,and solving instances.Finally,the system is initially tested by Apache Bench,Postman and other testing tools.
