| With our technology rapid development,the global diversified economy is gradually transiting from product economy to service economy,in which the core of the whole economic system has been gradually transformed into innovation and service.In addition,as the foundation of our national economy,manufacturing industry is undergoing profound changes.The value chain in traditional manufacturing has been expanded and extended,especially the proportion of services in the total output value and profits of enterprises has become higher and higher.Traditional manufacturing is gradually transforming into service-oriented manufacturing.The characteristics of service-oriented manufacturing,such as resource integration,value innovation,collaboration and customer participation,are likely to provide an effective way for the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.How to realize the dynamic supply-demand matching of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities in a low-cost and efficient way,that is,how to integrate manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities dispersed in enterprises efficiently,quickly and at low cost,in order to meet the uncertain needs of customers,is a key problem that enterprises generally encounter in the process of service-oriented manufacturing transformation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and discuss the supply-demand matching and dynamic scheduling methods for service-oriented manufacturing.In the past few decades,under the traditional manufacturing model,the research fields related to supply and demand matching and dynamic scheduling have continued to receive the attention of many experts and scholars,and have obtained relatively mature research results.However,the results of supply-demand matching and dynamic scheduling research for service-oriented manufacturing are still relatively rare.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to conduct in-depth research on supply-demand matching and dynamic scheduling of service-oriented manufacturing based on hypernetwork model.The main work of this research is as follows:(1)Using the hypernetwork model,the supply and demand nodes in serviceoriented manufacturing and their complex relationships are shown.The conceptual model of the supply and demand hyper-network in service-oriented manufacturing is constructed.The supply and demand hyper-network model in service-oriented manufacturing is established by combining the definition of the Super-edge and the common edge and the calculation method of weight.(2)On the basis of supply and demand hypernetwork model,for functional and non-functional attributes,matching calculation is carried out by using semantic similarity method and QoS method respectively,and comprehensive matching value is obtained by using weighted summation method.(3)Service composition is based on QoS,based on the two factors of dynamic QoS and dynamic load,the dynamic scheduling model of manufacturing service is established,and the shortest path method is used to solve the optimal scheduling scheme under different loads.(4)For the actual service-oriented manufacturing enterprises,the supply-demand matching and dynamic scheduling method in service-oriented manufacturing based on hypernetwork model proposed in this paper is applied to the supply-demand matching and resource scheduling of the enterprise,and the optimal matching and scheduling scheme is obtained,which proves that the method proposed in this paper is feasible.The results show that the supply-demand matching and dynamic scheduling in service-oriented manufacturing based on hypernetwork model can provide reference for solving the supply-demand matching and resource scheduling problems of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises in reality. |
