| In the era of rapid economic development,enterprises not only face the uncertainty of factors such as demand,quality,supply,and cost in production and operation activities,but also are affected by environmental factors,natural disasters,and unexpected events.These uncertainties can cause huge losses to the enterprise.How to establish a highly efficient and agile and anti-interference supply chain network has become a magic weapon for enterprise competition.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the design of closed-loop supply chain network and the location of facilities under uncertain environment.Today’s global low-carbon emission reduction activities have arisen,and the Chinese government has also introduced a series of low-carbon policies to encourage and guide supply chain enterprises to raise environmental awareness,and to pursue transportation and production operations while pursuing profit maximization.The environmental impact of the activity is minimized.Based on the above background,this paper studies how to select the closed-loop supply chain network facilities to maximize the overall profit of the enterprise under the uncertain environment of demand and recovery rate.At the same time,consider the flexible capacity of the facility to the overall network.The impact of profits and the impact of different modes of transport between the various facilities in the supply chain network on the environment make the model more realistic.At the same time,the number of transportation between products and the transportation mode between the nodes and the number of transportation vehicles are decided.Finally,the feasibility and application value of the model are verified by practical application.The research includes the following parts:(1)In the environment where many factors such as demand and recovery rate are uncertain,this paper describes the uncertainty by scenario-based method,and establishes the closed-loop supply chain network model of L enterprise in uncertain environment by robust optimization method.At the same time,the flexibility of the facility was considered.By comparing the results of the facility’s flexibility and non-flexibility,it was verified that the flexibility of the facility had a positive impact on the company’s response to uncertain environments.(2)For the economic target,mainly through the performance of profit target,the income of the whole closed-loop network is reduced by the cost;for the environmental target,this paper describes it through carbon emissions,mainly depicting the carbon emissions of the facility treatment process.And the carbon emissions generated by the transportation process.Finally,the classical robust optimization model is used to deal with the uncertainty.(3)For the multi-objective problem,this paper uses the LP-metrics method to optimize it.Finally,the Lingo software is used to solve the model. |
