Research On Implementation Control Of Development Strategy Of JSGS Transportation Planning And Design Company

With the deepening of the research on enterprise strategic management,the research on strategy implementation and control has become more valuable than the research on how to formulate strategy.As the internal and external environment of an enterprise is constantly changing,it is inevitable that the enterprise will face many uncertain factors in the process of development,which not only affect the formulation of the enterprise development strategy,but also affect the implementation of the enterprise strategy.In order to make the strategic goal of an enterprise realize smoothly under the influence of many uncertain factors,Therefore,it is necessary for enterprises to constantly test and revise the original strategic plans and measures according to the actual situation in the process of strategy implementation,so that the strategy implementation always keeps on the roughly correct track and finally realizes the strategic goals of enterprises.In 2017,JSGS formulated its own development strategy and began to implement it.After three years of practice,it has gained a lot of experience and found many problems.Through understanding the current situation of the implementation and control of the development strategy of JSGS Company,this paper sorted out the problems in the implementation and control of the company’s development strategy.It found that there were problems in the implementation process of corporate culture construction,strategic resource guarantee,strategic execution,performance evaluation,reward,punishment and incentive system,etc.There are some problems in the strategic implementation control,such as insufficient control in advance,weak control of policy and planning,lack of real-time control of key processes,untimely correction of deviation after strategic deviation,incomplete financial control,and insufficient control of implementation evaluation.Then,according to the analysis of these specific problems,JSGS should be optimized in the aspects of improving enterprise execution and control,strengthening enterprise culture construction,promoting strategic cognition and personnel control,strengthening policy and implementation evaluation control,improving enterprise performance management and strengthening financial control,etc.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide help and reference for JSGS in its future strategy implementation control,and also hope to provide experience and reference for other enterprises with similar problems.
