| Internet of things,big data,intelligent equipment and so on have provided technical support for the transformation of China’s major ports to intelligent direction.The construction of smart port is an important means to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the port.Smart port has become the main development direction of intelligent transportation system in the future.Some domestic advanced ports and major international ports have taken the lead,and the direction of construction is mainly concentrated in the innovation of port supply chain,logistics ecosphere and the wide application of intelligent technology.At present,the development mode of Zhenjiang port has entered the heyday of traditional industries,relying heavily on mechanization and artificial,intelligent equipment and information level is relatively low.The traditional mode of port operation can not meet the requirements of enterprise development,Zhenjiang port must carry out strategic adjustment and transformation upgrade,in order to break through the bottleneck,expand the scope of business and improve the quality of service.So how to overcome the shackles of the traditional industrial model,how to develop to the next generation of ports(smart ports),how to learn from the experience of other ports at home and abroad,summed up the development model suitable for Zhenjiang port is the focus of this paper.By studying the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on smart ports and the actual results of the smart construction of first-class ports at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and puts forward the concept of smart ports,and by analyzing the current development model of Zhenjiang port,the development model of smart port in Zhenjiang was designed.That is to say,the preliminary design is made from the two directions of constructing the intelligent port information technology platform and innovating the intelligent supply chain of the port,which can provide a reasonable mode choice and a correct decision-making basis for Zhenjiang port,it has certain theoretical research value for the development and expansion of Zhenjiang port and industrial chain of upstream and downstream. |
