Research On Spatial Structure Optimization Of Jiayuguan City From The Perspective Of Urban Transformation

At present,China’s cities are in a sharp period of transformation and development,urban space is constantly changing,and showing new layout and characteristics.In the face of the international and domestic strong development trend,it has a strong practical role to promote the orderly,collaborative,ecological and sustainable development of urban spatial structure.In the process of urban transformation,a reasonable and orderly urban spatial structure is not only the internal requirement of urban development in China,but also the inevitable choice to promote regional coordinated and integrated development.The spatial structure of Jiayuguan city not only has common characteristics,but also has its own significant characteristics and differences in the development of industrial cities at home and abroad.In this paper,with the method of interdisciplinary research,literature analysis,combined with the national policy,local policy and the background of urban transformation and development,to analyze and interpret the domestic and foreign urban transformation,urban spatial structure research trends,related theories and cases,and according to its research scope of Jiayuguan administrative area,the research object of Jiayuguan city spatial structure is gradually deepening.First of all,this paper analyzes the reasons,problems and favorable factors of Jiayuguan’s urban transformation based on the trend of Jiayuguan’s urban transformation,and concludes that Jiayuguan’s urban transformation should mainly focus on economic transformation,cultural transformation and social governance transformation.Secondly,combined with the important time nodes of urban development,political background,government planning and other contents,this paper divides the spatial structure evolution of Jiayuguan City into five stages: embryonic stage,stagnation stage,growth stage,mature stage and transformation stage.The main influencing factors of each stage are natural environment,policy,industry,transportation,planning and ecological factors.Then,the rationality of spatial structure of Jiayuguan City is analyzed from the aspects of industrial space,transportation space,public service space,ecological space and overall space by using relevant mathematical analysis and field research methods,The main difficulties include large industrial land,disordered industrial space,unbalanced functional layout,idle public service facilities,serious land division,difficult traffic organization,lack of environmental governance,and urgent ecological space.Then,based on the analysis of the relationship between urban transformation and spatial structure,this paper makes a simple exploration of the spatial structure development of Jiayuguan City from the perspective of urban transformation.It is known that hydrological topography,history and culture,industrial transformation and upgrading,traffic organization,planning policy,administrative division adjustment,population aging and other factors have an impact on the spatial structure development of Jiayuguan City,and it is found that the dynamic mechanism of spatial structure development of Jiayuguan City includes industrial driving force,ecological influence,policy pulling force and so on.With the help of the above analysis,we can judge the development trend of urban spatial structure,and then come to the conclusion that the optimization of urban spatial structure is mainly carried out from the aspects of industrial space,public service space,traffic space,ecological space and so on.At the same time,using the concept of industrial evolution and transformation,the concept of spatial interaction,the concept of point axis gradual diffusion,the concept of ecological city to determine the strategy of spatial structure optimization.Finally,after optimizing the industrial space,public service space,transportation space and ecological space with the four concepts,the paper takes the cultivation of Jiujia collaborative development center,regional strategic development axis,and the construction of functional area as the starting point to form a centralized construction area in the north urban area,a centralized construction area in the south urban area,a modern tourism agriculture demonstration area in the new city,a comprehensive construction area in the north urban area,and a comprehensive construction area in the south urban area After ten functional areas including Manjusri characteristic agricultural demonstration area,Yuquan agricultural tourism combination area,Jiadong Industrial Park,Jiabei Industrial Park,Jiaxi new energy park,Great Wall Cultural Tourism Area and urban and rural overall planning rest area,the spatial structure of Jiayuguan City is finally determined to be an organic network spatial pattern of "one main,one auxiliary,two axes and ten areas".
