As an important place for voltage transformation and energy distribution in power system,the safe and reliable operation of substation is an important factor to ensure the stability of power grid.With the expansion of the power grid,the equipment in the station is more numerous and the structure is more complex,and the automation level of the equipment in the station is more and more demanding.The traditional monitoring system adopts two-dimensional monitoring mode,and the parameters are distributed in each sub screen.The data can’t be displayed effectively.For a large amount of data and monitoring information,the workload of monitoring operators is increased seriously.The traditional monitoring system only pays attention to the main equipment of the substation,the research on its auxiliary equipment monitoring is less,and with the development of the substation towards unattended trend,the auxiliary equipment in the station will play a more and more important role.Based on the above problems,according to the actual project requirements,a set of 3D monitoring system of substation auxiliary equipment is developed,which realizes the visual monitoring of substation auxiliary equipment.The monitoring system is debugged in the early stage by using semi-physical simulation.The main work of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on VR technology,the visualization scene of substation virtual simulation is constructed.In this thesis,3D modeling of various equipment in the substation is carried out by 3Ds Max.The performance requirements of software are reduced by model optimization and LOD technology.The scene construction of virtual substation is realized by Unity3 d,and various kinds of simulation are carried out with its rich plug-ins to realize the effect of ’ it’s as if one were playing in a painting’’,which provides a preliminary basis for the development of system functions.(2)Based on the principle of three-dimensional graphics transformation,the opening and closing of access control,fan and electric curtain in substation are dynamically driven to enhance the simulation effect of the system.Based on camera roaming technology,this thesis is analyzed the location method and roaming path of camera roaming in space,and realizes the fast positioning and query function of auxiliary equipment in three-dimensional space,which makes the monitoring mode more flexible and improves the monitoring efficiency.(3)Based on VR technology,wireless communication technology and network technology,the 3D visual monitoring system of substation auxiliary equipment is completed.The unified platform management is carried out for the door forbidden subsystem,air cooling subsystem,lighting subsystem,temperature and humidity monitoring subsystem,drainage subsystem,smoke alarm subsystem,electric curtain subsystem and electronic fence subsystem in the substation,so as to eliminate the island operation state and enhance its joint operation ability.By playing the characteristics of three-dimensional monitoring,the equipment monitoring data is closely related to the spatial location,and the operation status and parameters of the equipment in the station can be visually displayed,which reduces the pressure of the monitoring personnel on duty.(4)Through the research of STM32 MCU communication principle and Unity3 d simulation software,the communication interface design between STM32 MCU and virtual scene is completed,and the data exchange between STM32 and Zig Bee wireless terminal module of auxiliary equipment monitoring system is realized.Finally,the semi-physical simulation platform is used to debug the 3D monitoring system.
