governance capabilities,technological innovation capabilities,railway service quality,and the efficiency and comprehensiveness of the compilation of train diagrams have become a new aspect of railway transportation organization.test.Therefore,in-depth basic theoretical research,improving the efficiency of working diagram compilation,ensuring the safe and effective of maintenance time window,and improving the level of railway intelligence are important tasks for the current transportation organization.Based on the full analysis of the existing research results at home and abroad,this article focuses on the long operating mileage of dual-track electrified railways in China,the complex types of trains on existing lines,the co-line operation of trains of different grades and different speeds,and the compilation of train operation diagrams.The situation of mixed freight trains;in the preparation of the maintenance time window plan,it is considered that different vehicles have different requirements for track and line infrastructure.There are many types of maintenance operations in the comprehensive maintenance time window,and the speed limit operation conditions of the trains after different maintenance time operations are different.After the issue of the unequal release speeds of different grades of trains,research has been carried out around the train working diagram and integrated compilation.The main research work is as follows:(1)Firstly,the contents of the train working diagram and the comprehensive maintenance time window plan are sorted out,the
