| With the deepening of reform,the design institute has become the main body of market competition,and the competition is more and more fierce.And it has many management problems and risks in the development process,especially contract risk management.How to control the contract risk effectively and to ensure the legitimate interests of the enterprise are very important to the stable development of the enterprise.In this thesis,based on the contract risk of ZL Design Institute,combined with the research status at home and abroad,in the aspect of contract risk identification,it is established that the contract risk identification should start from the two dimensions that are contract management risk and contract legal risk.In the aspect of contract risk evaluation,expert scoring table is designed,expert scoring data is collected,and the checklist method and group characteristic root method are used to identify the contract risk,and the contract risk list of ZL Design Institute is determined;Then,AHP is used to weight the risk factors,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the above risks,and finally the key risk control points are found.Finally,the contract risk management strategy of ZL Design Institute is formulated based on the risk evaluation results.According to the research,the importance of risk factors in contract risk management is ranked from high to low as system integrity risk,adaptability risk of contract risk management system,normative risk of business process,qualification risk of contract counterpart,performance risk and change risk.At the end of this paper,according to the research results,it puts forward the risk response,such as improving the adaptability of contract management,improving the risk management system to enhance its clarity,strengthening the risk prevention and control of contract business process,strengthening the qualification and ability evaluation of contract counterpart,strengthening the contract performance,changing the legal risk prevention and control,etc;The mode of "prevention first and combination of prevention and control" should be established to actively respond.Through objective identification and pertinent evaluation of contract risks of ZL Design Institute,the research aims to formulate effective risk prevention and control measures in line with its own characteristics,reduce the probability of contract breach and disputes,and ensure the stable development of the enterprise.At the same time,it provides a useful reference for the contract risk management of similar design enterprises. |
