IoT technology has developed rapidly during these years.At present,the demand for the application of smart measuring equipment in the IoT is increasing day by day,and the demands of users for the reliability and safety of electricity use are increasing.This paper designs and implements an intelligent power monitoring system based on China Telecom DEV to collect and monitor the power information of household electrical equipment.The electricity information data is transmitted to China Telecom DEV through NB-IoT to realize remote management and monitoring of electricity consumption.The intelligent power monitoring system in this article applies a modular development model,and divides the entire hardware system into a main control system,a power acquisition system,a wireless communication system,an isolation circuit system,and a power circuit system.The main control system takes STM32F103C8T6 as the core.The power collection system takes ATT7053AU as the core,collects power information,performs analog-to-digital conversion,and outputs pulses to the main control system.The wireless transmission system takes the BC95 module as the core and performs wireless transmission through the NB-IoT wireless transmission protocol.Since there are high and low voltage areas in the entire circuit system,the isolation circuit with ADUM120x series digital isolation chips as the core is used to achieve communication isolation in the high and low voltage areas of the entire hardware system.Design the power circuit system in the hardware system to realize the functions of voltage reduction,voltage stabilization,noise reduction,and current limit protection.In the first,the research background and significance of the subject are discussed,the current development status of power detection technology and IoT cloud platform technology is analyzed,and the three most widely used long-distance wireless communication technologies are compared.Then the overall design of the system is analyzed.And then,the system hardware design and system software design are described in detail.The hardware work includes circuit design,device selection,and circuit PCB design and production.The software work mainly involves the initialization of the main control units and its peripheral functions,the design of the power collection program,the design of the wireless transmission program,and the specific docking operation process with China Telecom DEV.Finally,the hardware test and overall test of the system were carried out,and the data received by China Telecom DEV is analyzed.The experimental results have reached the expectations of the design system at the beginning of the design.
