Terminal Design Of Smart Home Using Remote Monitoring And Power Management

Aiming at remote monitoring, circuit protection and power management of smart home, this paper designed and implemented a smart home comprehensive monitoring and management system. Using a combination of monitoring terminal and comprehensive monitoring and management software, it completed the basic functions of basic electrical parameters acquisition record, leakage current protection and remote control, the advanced power management of household appliances identification and energy monitoring, and realized the intelligent management and safety utilization of electric power of smart home. The main contents included:The exploitation of smart home monitoring terminal based on leakage protection. The smart home monitoring control terminal was capable of acquiring current signals, voltage signals, signal protection switch on state and appliances breaking status signals, and transmitted the collected data signal to the control section. The control portion of the collected data is stored and processed to obtain other electrical parameters of power, energy and so on. And it transferred data to the back-end software when the user needed. Meanwhile, the terminal was able to realize the basic electrical parameters limit alarm function and sent alarm information.The research of smart power management strategy for family, analysis of demand response load factors, according to economic laws, and user characteristics of the user’s electricity demand with price changes, the price elasticity of demand calculated by the simplified method, users of different periods reflect the price response capability to effectively measure and quantify responsiveness to use electricity prices.Design of smart home Integrated monitoring and management system. The overall design scheme of the system to determine the function of each subsystem, completed the basic electrical parameters acquisition record, the basic functions of the leakage current protection, remote control and other smart home.The paper has good value of engineering application and has practical significance for improving the quality of life and to create a comfortable, safe, convenient living space.
