With the policy of smart grid strategy which is proposed in the “12th Five-Year plan”,and the two demands-the interaction between power users and power grid,and the informatization of the power grid management,the requirement of the intelligentization and transparency of power information has grow further higher.With the development of National smart grid construction,the popularity rate of smart meters has been much larger in the recent years.According to the report of the news,the coverage rate of smart meters will reach to 100% in 2020.Combining with the electric energy measurement trend of domestic and foreign country situation,and compared with the advantages and disadvantages of various designs,a design of electric information acquisition module has been determined in the combination of software and hardware.The design of hardware contains electric energy measurement chip and MCU.Take the single phase electric energy measurement chip ATT7053 AU as the front end of the electric energy information collection,and choose PIC18F66J60 as the main control chip.Through the second processing by the PIC18F66J60,the electric information which is firstly acquired from the IC ATT7053 AU is uploaded to the PC computer,and then the PC computer will take the corresponding operation.A detailed analysis has been made for the hardware framework and interface program,with the module design concept,which has realized such functions as the power signal acquisition,measurement,the emergency handling and communication.At the same,the module supports the user to achieve the real-time monitoring of power output channel through the mobile APP.Through the debugging and analysis of the acquisition module,it could achieve the desired effect,which shows that the design can be realized by this way.Meanwhile,the design contains several communications based on Modbus protocol,such as the RS232,Earthnet,which could promote the development of intelligent power grid.
