With the comprehensive expansion of China’s technological skills and network information skills,the Internet of vehicles technology is also rapidly expanding,the automobile manufacturing industry ushered in a new spring under the influence of this.With the innovation of The Times,the integration of industries,the integration of information technology and manufacturing industry has become the core of the development of automotive manufacturing enterprises and automotive aftermarket enterprises,and also the embodiment of market competitiveness.This model has been widely used in the promotion of domestic and foreign automobile brands.Since the reform and opening up,China’s market economy gradually recovered,the car market has been the corresponding development.According to incomplete statistics,the current sales volume of China’s automobile market continues to increase by 10 million units per year,and it is estimated that in 2020,it will usher in a new high wind,creating an annual sales volume of more than 200 million units.The frequency of Internet of vehicles technology used in automobiles has gradually increased from 10%at the beginning to 50%at present,which shows that the scale of the domestic market is expanding and is expected to exceed 150 billion yuan.China’s science and technology development and growth,the Internet of vehicles technology is gradually improving,in the future will become the market in the car manufacturing enterprises to develop the core.When studying the Internet of vehicles technology in this paper,the research object is selected as B automobile company,which is one of the top ten global automobile manufacturers and has obvious influence.In this study,PEST and SWOT,and QSPM matrix are used to analyze the relevant theories of strategy management.By comparing the development of Internet of vehicles technology in company B,the current application status and future development trend of this technology are studied.At the same time,this paper expounds the theme of the article and the advantages and challenges of the technology in the future,finds out the advantages and defects of the current use of the technology by company B,and gives corresponding opinions and opinions on the defects.The cooperation plan adopted by company B in the field of intelligent vehicle development is clearly defined,and Suggestions are given for the implementation of the whole plan in the way of functional strategy.Through the thorough analysis of the Internet of vehicles in this paper,the largest value and use strategy of this technology are found for the new energy automobile industry enterprises,and the reference opinions are provided for them,so as to ensure that the automobile enterprises can accurately find the core market competitiveness and grasp the development trend of the automobile market.
