Because of large-scale emergency disaster,the ground communication network is paralyzed,and information island is produced.It is difficult for emergency logistics command center and disaster location to realize rapid disaster information perception,rescue material demand reporting and real-time information sharing.High quality emergency communication is an important guarantee for efficient and safe rescue and real-time accurate decision analysis,which directly affects the rescue plan.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of material transportation and reduce disaster losses,this paper solves the emergency logistics command and scheduling problem of the combination of satellite and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)through the following three points:1.Emergency rescue urgently needs full-time,resilient,and robust communication network support.The rapid deployment of UAVs can form a temporary emergency communication network with satellites,that is,the Space-Air-Ground network,which can make the emergency rescue information and logistics scheduling instructions transmit quickly and efficiently.In order to solve the massive logistics information request,this paper uses the radio resource virtual combination scheduling scheme based on cross population genetic algorithm in heterogeneous network to achieve the efficient scheduling problem of logistics information in the emergency logistics network with sparse user groups.2.The current emergency logistics vehicle scheduling is based on single-layer network modeling,without considering the interaction of other layers.In order to study the impact of information dissemination and penetration on logistics scheduling in multi-dimensional logistics network,this paper constructs a multi-layer emergency logistics network composed of communication network,rescue network and transportation network,and carries out layer mapping through multi-layer network fusion algorithm.In order to meet the urgency of emergency relief,the soft time window threshold is also considered,and the vehicle scheduling model of multi-layer emergency network is simulated.3.In order to truly and dynamically simulate the actual emergency logistics scheduling scene,this paper combines the location information of the actual logistics distribution service stations in Beijing and the method of Geographic Information System(GIS),quickly deploys the UAV emergency communication network,and simulates the vehicle scheduling examples of the emergency logistics network in different disaster stages.The simulation results show that the scheduling scheme using UAV and satellite communication can significantly reduce the transportation cost and improve the distribution efficiency compared with the scheduling scheme without smooth information. |
