In the context of network power strategy,the density of networks and the increase of data volume leads to a significant increase in the energy loss of base stations and the problems of backup power.Exploring a new standby mode is an effective way to reduce the investment of base station operators and improve the efficiency of the system.Based on the sleep mode of base stations and the management of standby energy storage,this paper proposes the new business model of distributed shared energy storage,then,establishes the optimized operation model of charging station and the cost allocation model of members.In this paper,the distribution law of mobile load in time and space is firstly analyzed,then,the channel model and the power consumption model of base stations are established to connect the mobile load and the base stations’ power consumption.The connection matrix is introduced to represent the relationship between the user and the base station.At the same time,this paper takes the maximum energy consumption per bit as the objective function,considering the constraints of users’service quality,interrupt probability and so on,the sleep model is constructed.By using genetic algorithm,the daily load curves of base stations in commercial and residential areas are obtained.On this basis,based on the standby time demand,the optimal configuration model of standby energy storage is built by considering the charging and discharging strategy under the TOU price.This model aims to minimize the annual construction and operation cost of the storage energy and meet the power backup requirements at the same time.And it improves the economy of the standby storage system and avoids the waste of resources caused by energy storage’s large-scale "sleeping".Aiming to explore a new mode of 5G base stations standby power,based on the background of multi-station fusion,this paper proposes the business model of distributed-shared-energy-storage of electric bus charging station with PV and energy storage.Firstly,the system structure and operation mode of the charging station are introduced,and the main factors affecting the charging load of electric buses are analyzed.After that,this paper takes the average operating cost of the charging station as the optimization objective,considering the constraints of the purchase or sale power in the station,the charging or discharging requirements of the energy storage equipment,the charging demands of EV and the standby demands of the BS.In this paper,the benefit changes of the actors in the distributed shared energy storage model are regarded as the cost allocation problem of the multi-actors in a cooperative game.The Shapley method is introduced to solve the problem of cost distributing reasonably.Finally,a typical output data of a charging station and electric buses’travel data are used to make an example analysis of the idea,to get the results of the charging station and analyze the alliance’s costs with different combinations.The calculation results verify that the distributed-shared-energy storage mode can effectively reduce the cost of the standby power cost within a certain range,and also reduce the operating cost of the electric bus charging station,which has a great economy.
