In recent years,the number of electric vehicles in China has grown rapidly,and their electricity consumption and load have also continued to grow.The disorderly charging of EVs can cause a larger peak valley difference in the distribution network,leading to a surge in load fluctuations and increasing the power supply burden of the distribution system.Unlike ordinary electricity loads,electric vehicle loads have energy storage and controllability,high adjustability,and can be used as demand side flexibility resources.In particular,the Vehicle to Grid technology of electric vehicles can achieve peak shaving,valley filling,and emergency backup functions in the distribution network.This thesis conducts research on the optimization scheduling and energy storage configuration methods of optical storage charging and discharging power stations through V2G technology.The main research work includes:(1)Aiming at the active distribution network with distributed photovoltaic power generation and energy storage,an orderly charging and discharging scheduling strategy of electric vehicles guided by price signals is proposed.Firstly,combined with the peak load shifting demand of the system load curve,a price incentive mechanism for V2G is proposed.Then,a multi-objective orderly charging and discharging scheduling model with the minimum mean square error of the system load curve,minimum electricity cost of electric vehicle users,and minimum network loss of the distribution network is established.The constraints of electric vehicle charging and discharging,photovoltaic power generation output,and energy storage system are considered.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.The simulation results show that the proposed orderly charging and discharging scheduling strategy of electric vehicles considering V2G price incentive can smooth the system load curve,effectively alleviate the risk of voltage over-limit and reduce the network loss of distribution network,reduce the electricity cost of EV users,and improve the safety and economy of distribution network operation.(2)Aiming at the problems of scarcity and poor economy of emergency power supply after power supply interruption of distribution network,the configuration of the optical storage charging and discharging power station applied to the emergency power supply is proposed.Taking the hospital as an example,firstly,the installed capacity of the photovoltaic power generation is determined according to the roof area of the outpatient building.Then the number of the charging and discharging piles of the electric vehicles are notarized according to the power demand of the important loads.Secondly,the energy storage capacity configuration model of the optical storage charging and discharging power station is established with the objective function of maximizing the profit of the operator of the optical storage&charging and discharging station and the constraint condition of the power demand of the backup time(2 hours).The model is solved by using the CPLEX solver.Finally,it is verified whether the optical storage charging and discharging power station meets the 24-hour power demand of the hospital.Further,considering the factors such as traffic road conditions and SOC of electric vehicle batteries,the TakagiSugeno-Kang fuzzy model is used to quantify the discharge potential of electric vehicle users.It can be seen that the discharge potential of electric vehicles is a dynamically adjusted change value.According to the discharge capacity solution formula,the discharge capacity of electric vehicles can be obtained.Taking the typical seasonal daily load of the hospital as an example,the results show that the optical storage charging and discharging station has significant economic benefits during normal operation,and can meet the emergency power demand of the hospital when the power supply of the distribution network is interrupted.The method can be extended to the emergency power supply configuration of other important power users.Taking the hospital as an example,the electrical design process of the optical storage charging and discharging power station is given.According to the design specifications,the electrical design of photovoltaic power generation system,energy storage system and electric vehicle charging and discharging station is carried out in turn.The design meets the requirements of the specification.
